Ever seen those in the back of a car?

I’ve seen a picture, but I can’t recall seeing any in person.

My Cutlass has those in the back. Why? Because the rear windows DON’T GO DOWN!!!

Well, Grand Caravans, full size Ford vans, lots of vehicles have some kind of pop-window instead of a roll-down in back, it just depends how they’re implemented. The front ones are the only absolutely essential ones, because relatively quiet AIR BLAST.

Ever seen them like this? (This one’s broken in the photo. I fixed it)

Not a car but a van.
Ford Transit Courier, basically a van body on a Fiesta platform. Like this but basic spec without the alloys and side loading door.
1.5 or 1.6 diesel, manual only (naturally), not sold in North America.

We still have them on the trucks at work. Well, I do. My property is in year two of a five year development plan, so we get the hand-me-downs. I get a ‘94 Ram 1500, everyone else has brand-new Sierras.
